Wanting to enrol for Year 7 2027?

Complete the prefilled Application for Year 7 Placement 2027 Form which students will receive from their Government Primary School and put Carwatha P-12 College as your first preference.
Forms can also be downloaded from

ance/year-6-to-7-placement but they will not be prefilled.
Return the Application for Year 7 Placement 2027 Forms to your child's current Government Primary School (by May 8, 2026). These cannot be returned to Carwatha College P-12.
Families of Year 6 students at Catholic and Independent Primary Schools should approach Carwatha College P-12 directly.
On Wednesday June 24, 2026, Primary Schools will notify parents/carers of their child’s Year 7 placement offer for 2027.
