Wanting to enrol for Year 7 2025?

Complete the prefilled Application for Year 7 Placement 2025 Form which students will receive from their Government Primary School and put Carwatha P-12 College as your first preference.
Forms can also be downloaded from
https://www2.education.vic.gov.au/pal/enrolment/guid
ance/year-6-to-7-placement but they will not be prefilled.
Return the Application for Year 7 Placement 2025 Forms to your child's current Government Primary School. These cannot be returned to Carwatha College P-12.
Families of Year 6 students at Catholic and Independent Primary Schools should approach Carwatha College P-12 directly.
On Tuesday the 23rd May, Primary Schools will notify parents/carers of their child’s Year 7 placement offer for 2025.
